I confirm that the problem (#121) does not happen after waiting 5 seconds, as indicated in #132.
Moreover, after reproducing the problem (#121), then waiting the 5 seconds, the menus work again. Furthermore, when quitting LO then opening (or closing) another application window, then restarting LO within the 5 seconds interval, the problem does not happen.
