Public bug reported:

Steps:

1) have xchat-gnome on one workspace and firefox on another one
2) from xchat, click a youtube link
3) the youtube webapp icon appear in the launchers bar
4) click that youtube icon...

expected:
it moves to firefox's workspace with youtube tab shown

currently:
it does nothing

Extra notes:
1) clicking the firefox icon in step 4 works
2) move to firefox's workspace then go back to xchat workspace, then click 
youtube icon works
