The diff is a bit weird, diffing the current version from raring and yours:
- you lack the changelog entries from 0.98.0-0ubuntu2 to 0.98.0-0ubuntu5
- the debian/rules changes from 0.98.0-0ubuntu5 seems missing
- some other changes seem missing...
I've copied your changelog entries over to the new version and I'm
uploading that
