Public bug reported:

In Ubuntu 10 and 11, I had been able to print to a networked HP Color
LaserJet CP1518ni flawlessly. Even with Ubuntu 12.04, I was able to
print, until a few updates ago. Now, any job I sent to the spooler is
forever stuck in "processing" and I'm unable to cancel it.

I've tried:

*reseting the printer to factory defaults
*confirmed the printer works by printing a demo page from the printer itself,
when not connected to the network
*printed a test page from a Windows machine
*removed and re-added the printer using the "Printers" Gnome dialog

Nothing works. Since all the printer's diagnostic functions show it's
working, and Windows can print to it without error, I can only assume
there's some bug on Ubuntu's end that causing the problem. However, I'm
not getting any explicit error messages.

Please let me know if there's any more debugging data I can provide.
