@Piedro You're quite right. I had forgotten that Andrea had sent me the file as an attachment to a private email, and it is not the same (name or filesize). I suppose that she is happy to share it further, so if you send me an email, I'll forward it.
@hotzeplotz Is it OK for me to send Piedro the file? Unless I hear soon, I'll assume it is.
