The problem is the spreading of the windows when clicking twice on an icon. This feature btw i don't like anyway. I would rather like to have Aero-like preview Thumbnails from which i can choose to bring one to the front or close etc. Then we wouldn't have complications with the spread feature, which isn't so efficient anyway.
