Public bug reported:

Super light in size and memory usage and I don't think adding it by default
will harm anyone or affect anything. In fact, adding it by default will help
many user to enjoy this simple and basic, yet important feature after
installing Lubuntu.
I've been shouting to add this for many releases but guess I haven't reported
this as a bug or wishlist (please, feel free to edit) so I'm doing it right now
:D
I wish we could have this by default with Lubutnu 13.04 :)

Thanks a lot!
