Ok, so I have been trying the 64 bit build, and that seems to work perfectly. I had tried the 64 bit (11.04, and 11.10 and both did not work), and so far 12.04.1 64 bit doesn't have the bug. So, if you want to fix the bug for the 32 bit (just because it is a regression) we can, I will continue to test. If you'd rather close this bug without fixing it, that is fine as well.
