@alistair I have dualboot - Win7 is (for me) really great OS. But i preffer Linux on my 'work' system, that's just it is. I am able to workaround this bug, not using long suspend (shutdown after work). It's just a patch but allowes me to use Mint where it is neccessary. Latest BIOS (10XK) doesn't resolve this bug. I am gonna send an email to address given by Luis, Samsung Support in Poland is just ... laughable ..
