I performed some actions above. I have loaded to VirtualBox with Windows 7 guest. I was able to work with my BT adaptor. Then I just shut it down and closed VirtualBox. >From linux I am able to send/receive files and pair devices.
So I guess the only issue is to load firmware from the start. Thanks!
