Public bug reported:
The postproc-tempnoise Gstreamer element was quite useful to me for a
webcam script. It disappeared now.
The Changelog says it was deprecated upstream and so the dependency was
removed. But if it works still in spite of the deprecation could the dep
be readdded again in the meantime?
