Okay, found the bug. It's not actually a bug, but a feature, so that's why I'm closing the bug (if you don't agree, please open it again).
On the the driver's information site (http://packages.ubuntu.com/feisty/x11/xserver-xorg-input-synaptics), it states that it have * Middle and right button events on the upper and lower corner of the touchpad If you middle-click on a tab in firefox, it will close itself. If you don't like this behaviour, please look for a preference-setting and change it (if you can't find one, please file another bug). Have a nice day, Martin ** Changed in: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics (Ubuntu) Sourcepackagename: firefox => xserver-xorg-input-synaptics Status: Incomplete => Invalid -- Firefox 2.0.0.4 closes tab when click tapping touchpad https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/122830 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
