I tried replacing the wifi/bluetooth mini pci-e card with one from ebay culled from a Dell laptop (BCM94312HMG) - the HP stopped with a BIOS error message on rebooting :( I've ordered a 575920-001 so I'm looking forward to standby/hibernation heaven from now on. Cheers Sam.
