** I also suddenly started getting the same nasty error message "unknown interrupt or fault at EIP 00000060 xxxx......... ................". ** It was in my PC where Fedora-6 was already installed on Primary Slave HDD, and was working very well till then. ** Lots of exercises over a few days did not yield any result. Ultimately it was found to be a simple problem. ** A Company computer technician who came to install my new Epson print-copy-scanner on the Primary Master HDD(Windows XP) had unauthorisedly changed the Onboard Video Memory(in Setup/BIOS) from the existing 1MB to 8MB. ** When it was re-set to 1MB, Fedora-6 started working normally, and no other problem was encountered. ** Of course I told the Epson service people to instruct their technicians not to interfere with the PC System and Setup unless they have apprised the PC user in detail and taken his clearance.
