Challenge is that gnome-session has some rdepends, that could introduce risk to the other images, which a day before Beta 2 isn't a good idea.
We're going to need to follow https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess#FeatureFreeze_for_new_upstream_versions on this one. Can you work with Laney to make sure no side effects to the other images with updating to gnome-session 3.6.0? Timing if there are no red flags would be for Thursday after the beta freeze lifts. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1056936 Title: [FFE] GDM 3.6.0 won't start without gnome-session 3.6.0 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdm/+bug/1056936/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
