My understanding is that fontconfig-voodoo was removed because the
relevant bits of fontconfig configuration are now directly guarded by
locale, so fontconfig-voodoo is no longer necessary.  If you believe you
still need it, it would be helpful to describe the exact bug you're
seeing.
