@om26er, thanks for suggestion, but playing with "Launcher Reveal
Pressure" (in particular, setting it to 1) doesn't resolve my issue
in fact, video mentioned above was recorded right after running "unity
--reset"
so I'd say duplicate status is wrong. Here's verbose explanation why:
as far as I get issue described in #931982, users are unable to show
launcher due to high "pressure" value. they get launcher shadow show up,
but do not move mouse pointer enough to reveal launcher.
my case seems different. referring to video I have recorded — when you
see mouse pointer moving up&down bumping left side of desktop, I was
actually moving mouse left all the way. but I saw no launcher shadow, as
well as any sign of launcher response.
