Thank you. Changing gstreamer-properties default output to "X Window System (No Xv)" (ximagesink) has solved the problem.
The system consists of an MSI KM266 mainboard with VT8378 S3 UniChrome integrated video (bleeding edge it isn't!). Does the job. Thanks again.
