Hello,
Since Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (this persists in Ubuntu 12.10), Ubuntu Software Center 
shows the best rated applications in subcategories incorrectly rendered. As you 
can see in the attachment, the second line of the apps do not fit into the 
frames.
This bug is not specific to only one language (as it was once with the 
promotional banner). I only tested it with English and Czech languages (on more 
computers).
