Description:
No title bars+buttons. I could move windows around, but could not click
anything in the menus: the list showed, but disappeared as soon as the cursor
was moved into the menu. I tried going into settings --> window manager tweaks,
but just got a blank panel.
Workaround is available:
1) clear cache: rm -r ~/.cache/sessions
2) With Alt-F2, run: xfwm4 --replace
