Public bug reported:

Unity lens shopping can display adult themed images as one is typing in
keywords, this is totally unsuitable for children. Can this be filtered
out? At least with google images the default action is restricted and
one has to opt into getting adult themed images if one is that way
inclined.

As it is, I am having to remove this from my kids machine because they
can stumble on unsuitable images.
