I'm afraid I can't verify the problem anymore, though. I still had problems uploading to Yahoo hosted sites with 6.10, but the owner of the domain has moved away from Yahoo after that and other problems just made it unbearable.
I've got one of the few 100% unfiltered ISPs, so I know nothing was interfering with my FTPing. Besides, my own two domains and others I support haven't got the issue. You can close this bug as simply an artifact in the horrendous hosting service that is Yahoo ;) (Still, plain old NCFTP and other regular programs worked. I just can't do anymore proper testing without an account.) In case you're not familiar with it, they're using a strange virtual host system where blogging tools and phpMyAdmin are automatically installed, and there is no intermediate home directory outside what's accessible to the webserver. Very scary. -- Can't upload to certain sites like Yahoo https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/57396 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
