installed the new nvidia driver release. (actually, i have still nouveou package installed, but nvidia installer provided to disable the nouveau drivers with a modprobe config file) it works...but with my nvidia geforce2 mx400 and a monitor acer X193HQL, by default it choose the resolution of 1280x800 but is not a pleasure for the eyes...the best resolution for the acer should be 1366x768, but, when i choose the 1360x768 resolution in nvidia xserver settings, the desktop is not full in the monitor, the right part is missing. so i have to choose a way in the middle (1280x800). is it a problem with the driver or with the Xconfig?
