I have an AR8161 and it is working well with kernels 3.2.0-29, 3.2.0-30 and the 
brand new 3.2.0-31.

Moreover the meta package "linux-backports-modules-cw-3.4-precise-
generic" is now available so updates should be automatic when upgrading
the kernel.
