quando tento baixar uma atualização ou instalar um programa atraves da
cental de programas do ubuntu da uma mensagem de erro, se abre uma
janela que diz: "Falha ao baixar arquivos dos pacotes, verificar sua
conexão com a internet" e a conexão de intenet esta funcionando
normalmente.
