Public bug reported:

Using xubuntu 12.04. Related packages: flashplugin-installer, xfce
(v4.10), google-chrome/firefox.

I work with multiple displays and frequently have flash videos full-
screen on my secondary monitor. However, when the full-screen flash
video loses focus to another window it cancels full-screen mode.

I understand this may be an issue that walks the line of working as
intended making this possibly a feature request rather than a bug
report. However, this functionality is available on other operating
systems (Windows/OSX) and think it's the intuitive way for a flash
player to function.

Note: fullscreen flash is currently bugged in chrome. The solution to
which is to install flashplugin-installer and disable chromes default
"pepper flash" plugin in chome://plugins (click details on the top right
to see all versions of flash on system).
