As an idea of how the linked branch changes the behaviour, see the screenshot, which shows the usual add/remove buttons in a toolbar below the accounts list.
The sensitive state of the remove button updates depending on whether an account is selected, going insensitive if there is no selection. Clicking the add account button switches to the add account view at the right and unselects any account that might have been selected in the accounts list. ** Attachment added: "consistent-add-remove-buttons.png" https://bugs.launchpad.net/online-accounts-gnome-control-center/+bug/1043699/+attachment/3293849/+files/consistent-add-remove-buttons.png ** Changed in: online-accounts-gnome-control-center Assignee: (unassigned) => David King (amigadave) ** Changed in: online-accounts-gnome-control-center Status: New => In Progress -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1043699 Title: "Add account" and "Remove account" are inconsistent with almost all other list views To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/online-accounts-gnome-control-center/+bug/1043699/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
