You are running just “aptitude install” with no other arguments to get
this output?  This suggests you have marked/scheduled changes waiting
in aptitude, and that “aptitude keep-all” (or “Cancel pending actions”
in the curses interface) should clear this up.

Otherwise please provide a complete and unedited typescript of the
session (you can use script(1) for this).
