Was able to successfully compile and install the driver via the
following procedure:

wget
http://gdlp01.c-wss.com/gds/8/0100002708/07/Linux_UFRII_PrinterDriver_V250_uk_EN.tar.gz

Download the attached patch to the same directory.

tar -zxf Linux_UFRII_PrinterDriver_V250_uk_EN.tar.gz

cd Sources

tar -zxf cndrvcups-common-2.50-1.tar.gz

tar -zxf cndrvcups-lb-2.50-1.tar.gz

patch -p2 -i ../../Linux_UFRII_PrinterDriver_V250_uk_EN.diff

cd cndrvcups-common-2.50

debuild binary

cd ..

dpkg -i *.deb

cd cndrvcups-lb-2.50

debuild binary

cd ..

dpkg -i *.deb
