GTK+ PPA with --enable-wayland-backend for Quantal:

As expected, just requires adding --enable-wayland backend.
And --enable-x11-backend (because if you do wayland and not x11 it disables 
x11).
And less expected, there's an apparent bug in GTK requiring adding the 
additional symbols to gdk/gdk.symbols:
