Public bug reported: When I activate mobile hotspot on my Android (Galaxy Nexus) it takes a long time for it to show up in the available Wireless Networks.
This is a bug. It should show immediately, at least within a few seconds of me clicking to see if there are new networks. When a user clicks the wifi icon it should automatically scan for new networks and continue to do so as long as the dialogue is active with the mouse. The last time I tested it took 110 seconds, nearly two minutes to find the new access point.
