Joseph, no it has not, although imho it should be submitted upstream one way or another, since it's pretty vital if you want to get anything done with gfs2 with this kernel.
The patch itself seems pretty trivial, and i could mold it into a state where it would apply to 3.2, but that would hardly be scientific. :) I've asked Steven Whitehouse if he would be interested in backporting, but maybe a local Ubuntu kernel guy could do the same?
