This is still present with latest driver and latest kernel. I've tried all sorts of combinations with kernel/driver version.
Right now am running: Linux Kernel 3.5.0-10-generic nVidia Driver 304.37 nVidia seems to be unable to reproduce this and doesn't really look interested to fix the issue in the first place. As far as I've seen this happens a lot with GT520 cards. In my case, my system boots normally once in ever 10 tries. Not a stability I expect from Linux system. ** Attachment added: "nvidia-bug-report.log.gz" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers/+bug/921450/+attachment/3270487/+files/nvidia-bug-report.log.gz -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/921450 Title: nVidia GPU lockup To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers/+bug/921450/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
