I think I found the solution by applying these patches 0001-Allow-relative-scroll-valuators-on-absolute-devices.patch 0001-Fix-inverted-horizontal-scroll-46205.patch
from the Fedora Package http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=3034113 seems to fix the problem.
