Public bug reported:
Ubuntu Gutsy need to be restarted in order to new language configuration
(locales) be completely applied.
I am probing with tool System -> Administration -> Language Support.
It is necessary to restart complete operating system, not only X session. I
think this is a bug, in Debian when locales value is changed, it is applied
just restarting X session.
