Remaining Ubuntu changes:
  * DebianMaintainerField spec
  * Mention that the kvm-source package is unneeded on Ubuntu
  * Add epoch

Since the Ubuntu package had a higher version number (due to the epoch) than
the Debian source, I've had to merge it manually. Compared to the
kvm-16ubuntu2 package, the dropped differences are:
  * Removed if'd out code from debian/rules
  * Dropped dh_installudev from debian/rules.  See Debian bug #414331

** Affects: kvm (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Wishlist
     Assignee: Emmet Hikory
         Status: In Progress
