Pascal, Thanks for the reference. Unfortunately that Q has no answer. The problem is almost certainly the same one reported here. Unfortunately what has happened is that the problem has reappeared. It was fixed by an earlier update of CUPS (in late May or early June) but the most recent update of CUPS has brought the problem back.
