hey Xwarman, seems you have no more stacktrace, so, what are the exact steps 
you are following?
you have multiple copies because you installed multiple times ubuntu on the 
same computer I guess.

In the oneconf view, click on one of the computer on the left panel,
then select "stop synchronizing <name>". This should remove it from your
view. If you experience a crash, a popup should happen. Please report it
and tell us here if it was the case.

Then, if you still see it after closing/reopening software-center (wait
30s for letting the synchronization happening), please tell us as well.
