Ok i assumed it was unity because i could not replicate the issue. I have replicated it. To fix the issue open fbreader and press the o key alone. This will open the config menu then go to the keys tab. In the action for keys area press any key i used q. Then select toggle full screen mode. Then hit apply and the q key will toggle full screen. Please let me know if this works for you.
