Public bug reported: Applicaltions --> Internet --> Dropbox opens gksudo dialog asking for password. If I enter that password nothing happens and I don't see any reason why Dropbox would need root access after it's installed.
``` % lsb_release -rd && apt-cache policy nautilus-dropbox Description: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Release: 12.04 nautilus-dropbox: Asennettu: 0.7.1-2 Ehdokas: 0.7.1-2 Versiotaulukko: *** 0.7.1-2 0 500 mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt/ precise/multiverse i386 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ``` What I expected to happen: Dropbox should have started to indicator area. What happened instead: I got asked for administrative password.
