Public bug reported:

I have utilized nautilus search to find some example files of a program
called "Cain".

This works so far.

On opening the fould folder "cain-examples" with right mouse option in a
new nautilus tab the problem occures.

When I click on the newly opened tab with left mouse nautilus swithed
automatically to /home/user/ and keeps not on "cain-example" folder(in
there).

Steps to reproduce:

1.Install "Cain"
2.Open nautilus
3.Switch in nautilus to filesystem(now called computer -> latest nautilus
version)
4.Open up the search function of nautilus with the glass in the right upper
corner.
5.type "cain"
6.nautilus starts search automatically
7.Wait until the search is finished
8.Scroll down in the result view of nautilus until you find "cain-examles
9.Right mouse button click on it
10.Use the option open in new tab
11.See that nautilus open up a new tab with the headline cain-examples
12.Click on the tab with left mouse button.
13.See that the headline cain-exaples switches over to personel folder and
nautilus shows indeed that: your personal folder(/home/user/)

Additional:

cain-examples is in user/share/dock
and root is the owner of it.

This may be associated to the problem.
