After reading a solution (for Ubuntu 10.10) where firmware of rtl8192se was copied over to de new RTL8191SU directory in /lib/firmware, I did the same, but still no wireless connection and same errors as before in the log. While the wired connection was on, after some 10 minutes I suddenly got a wlan connection! Unfortunately, after a restart of the system (3.4) I could not get it to work again. I have to give up hope that it will be solved and stable.
