apport information

** Description changed:

- I use calibre 0.8.38+dfsg-1 on Xubuntu 12.04. The program crashes on
- every attempt to start the Content Server when the video player VLC is
- already running. This seems to be caused by a competing HTTP server
- already listening on the same port as calibre (VLC also creates an HTTP
- server that defaults to port 8080). As a workaround, choosing a
- different port in calibre’s preferences seems to resolve the issue.
