Public bug reported:

I was following the OEM install test case
http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/226/builds/19358/testcases/1305/results
on a UEFI only machine (no CSM enabled) and of course I don't boot via
the normal syslinux menu so I don't get a OEM install option.

The UEFI boot menu should provide the OEM install boot option. If it
does already it is not obvious how to do this and/or it should be in the
test case notes.
