Melchiaros, this particular bug may be Ubuntu-specific so I'd hold off on reporting this to the Boxes developers.
To workaround this bug, install gnome-themes-standard. In System Settings>Appearance, set your theme to Adwaita. Please report any other bugs you see and thank you for reporting this one.
