IIRC gconf schema requires to declare all keys which is not possible because Psensor is storing the settings of each sensor under /app/psensor/sensors/[SENSOR_UID]/*. That's also the reason why gsettings is to used (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=622126).
