Public bug reported: I was doing a distribution upgrade from 10.10 to 11.04 and the update- manager got stuck at xulrunner. The update-manager was still responsive (e.g. scroll bars worked), so I killed the xulrunner postinst script with `kill`, which according to `ps` was where the upgrade was stuck. After that the upgrade appeared to continue fine, but as I was writing this I got an error about: "Could not install the upgrades
The upgrade has aborted. Your system could be in an unusable state. A recovery will run now (dpkg --configure -a)."
