Thanks for reporting this issue.

When installing hanzim version 1:1.3-1.1 on Ubuntu 11.04, it does not
add a menu item. This package needs a desktop file.

Though, it seems to have been removed from the Debian/Ubuntu archives
shortly after 11.04, so I am not sure how likely this bug is to be
