Mantas,
openoffice.org-hyphenation-* packages provide openoffice.org-hyphenation
that is why there isn't an actual package with that name.
As noted there are many included and most of the ones not included can't
be due to license reasons.
HOWEVER... :)
There is another way to obtain the files though by doing the following:
File -> Wizards -> Install new dictionaries...
Using that wizard you can install dictionaries, hyphenation patterns,
etc
I am rejecting this bug since it doesn't seem to apply any more.
