I have tested this and it is related to Debian Code. I have found it to happen with all distros including Mint 13 and Ubuntu 12.04. The only distro that I found works properly is Fedora Core 17 it has not locked up yet. I have had the lockups all three Video cards manufacturers. Intel 4000, Nvidia 240 and ATI graphics. It can be totally random and this issue is critical. I cannot believe Ubuntu is not looking in to this and this case has not be assigned to anyone yet. Totally unprofessional
